Study On Procession Of CPC Organization In The Yan'an Period

Deng Xiaoping once solemnly warned the party that if China has problems, it could be in the internal of CPC. So we should be alert to this issue. Whether the CPC can reaches a consensus in the organization so as to keep its cohesion, adapts to the challenges from the external environment to obtain the necessary organizational resources to maintain the system operation, and avoids the impact of other political groups to consolidate its organization development and enjoy long-term ruling, they are all fundamental problems to the development of the party and the stability of our country. Yan'an period is a time with complex social environment as well as the most glorious period in the history of CPC development. During this historical period, the organization building of the Party was carried out extensively and formulated the complete theory of organization building in Mao Zedong Tought to adapt to the new situation and tasks requirement. Under the guidance of the right organizational line and the organization building theory, the organization of the Party experienced rapid development and growth while the inner-party life was lively. This ensures the achievement of political tasks of the party in the Yan'an period and the victory of subsequent liberation war. This dissertation sums up the party's organizational building content and the characteristics during Yan'an period to take the cue from the organizational building in that period for the current organization building.The part of introduction defines the two key words, Yanan period and the organization building and introduces the current situation in related fields of study and the purpose and significance of this research.Chapter one summarizes the organization building of CPC during Yan'an period. It mainly expounds the CPC's organizational structure and characteristic of that period, including complex social environment, broad-based social foundation and the "anti-Japanese to save the country"central task.Chapter Two expounds the content of CPC's organization building during Yan'an period from three aspects, namely: the development of party members, the building of the contingent of cadres and party organization building. As for the development of party members, it emphasizes on how to develop party members, broaden the sources of them and improve their quality. As for cadres' development, it analyzes the cadre's supply, education, and inspection and exchange system. As for party organizations, it mainly elaborates on the party's central leadership, the party's organization in the armed forces, the party's propaganda agencies, urban institutions, inspection and research organizations, leadership of mass work and the party's inspectors and organizer.Chapter Three elaborates on the characteristics of organization building. During this period, the organization building boasted its special characteristics and formed the spirit of Yan'an. It respectively summed up the features as follows: characterized with flexible style of organization building; promote self-discipline by internal and external supervision; strengthen the organization through inner-Party discipline; foster harmony through inner-party ideological struggle; accelerate the organization maturity by inner-party education.Chapter Four mainly concentrates on the lessons we learn from the organization building of CPC. The organization building should conform to the trend of the times as well as the needs of the changing situation. It should always subordinate to the party's political tasks and should be carried out with political mobilization. In addition, the efficiency of organizations should be improved through the way of streamlining institutions and ensure the ranks of cadres cleaner and more honest by well pay and anti-corruption.In all, the party's organizations are the fundamental guarantee for the party to develop and realize the party's program, guideline line, principles and policies. Lenin said that organizations can make the strength increase tenfold. Organization building is the foundation of the construction of our party while the contingent building is the top priority of the organization building. Organization contingent building with the complicated background during Yan'an period is of great research significance and value, and provides the current building of the CPC organizations with important reference.
