Construction And Integration Of New Party-masses Relationship Of The CPC In The Early Period Of National Reconstruction

After new China is established, the Communist Party of China turned into a nationwide party in power from starting an undertaking to maintain what has achieved, and faced enormous challenges and in all fields. The CPC must consolidate new China's democratic regime, should resume and develop national economy, and improve the people's living standard. At the same time, the CPC should change the mode of thinking from revolutionary and war way to building and ruling way. The biggest political advantage of CPC is to maintain close ties with the masses .From the revolutionary time to peaceful construction time, it is a serious problem whether CPC who lacked the ruling experience can jump out the historical cycle rate. In the early days of foundation, the CPC took an active exploration to strengthen the relation between the party and the masses, and enriched the theory of Party-masses relationship .This text has taken the discussion to this question from macroscopic and microcosmic perspective .On the basis of respecting the historical fact, this text summarizes some beneficial experience and lessons. This dissertation is composed of four parts besides introductions and conclusions.Chapter one explains that it is a basic requirement for CPC in power to build close relation between the party and the masses in view of theory and practice. First of all, the viewpoint of Marxism thinks that the CPC in power must believe the masses, depend on the masses, and respect the masses' creative spirit in order to consolidate the ruling status. It is objective requirements for the historical materialism to maintain close ties with the masses from philosophy, the people are the sources of foundation, the life of CPC, the great strength of CPC reserves in the people, the people could realize their own interests under the leadership of CPC and liberate themselves finally. Secondly, it can be obtained that the CPC must consolidate and strengthen Party-masses relationship from practical experience and the lessons of the Soviet Communist Party in forty or fifty times in order to consolidate the ruling status. The harmony of the Party-masses relationship party can influence the life and death of country all the time.Chapter two describes the new problem that the CPC faced of the early days of foundation in terms of sociology and the Party building. The change of the status of the party under the condition, the change of the structure of the Party member, the change of the task of the party that in power, the change of the mode of thinking of the party, the change of the function of the CPC are all problems that the Communist Party of China newly in power should think and solve again and the new situation is a great challenge to Party-masses relationship. Meanwhile, from the perspective of society, the new regime isn't stable and consolidated; the backwardness in economy is very serious, many kinds of economic sectors coexist, everything is waiting to be taken up; The complexity of class structure, the contradiction between various interests community are influencing the development of Party-masses relationship too. From the international environment, the antagonism and blockade from the western hostile force have made an unfavorable influence on the party from all respects such as the spirit and psychology, etc.Chapter three analyses the positive exploration of the CPC thoroughly in handling Party-masses relationship. This part has explained the untiring efforts that the CPC makes in the respect of masses' interests, strengthening party's self-building, and external security mechanism comprehensively. From the reality, the CPC should develop the productivity, develop economy, improve the living standards of the people, improve the expression ways of masses, meet the requirement of the masses; this is the basic requirement to close relation between the party and the masses. From the aspect of party's own construction, the CPC must keep the purity of the party, strengthen the education of the Party member and hold the initiative during the course. To strengthen the relation between the party and the masses, external security mechanism can play a favorable part to consolidate the achievement.Chapter four expounds the fact that the CPC has achieved in the exploration of constructing Party-masses relationship in the early days, which is very useful for us at present. At last, we conclude some suggestions that are of great significance to the construction of Party-masses relationship at present, under the direction of the guidelines, we will build a more harmonious situation.
