The Research Of Optimizing The Theory And Practice Of Governance Environment

As the political party in power, the CPC shoulders three great history tasks, leading the whole nation, to enhance the Modernization Construction, to accomplish the nation reunification and to maintain the world peace, to promote mutual development as well. And it is necessary to improve the governance environment and enhance the governance capability of the Party in order to accomplish these tasks. Hence it is the governance foundation of our Party and the important part of the governance capability construction of the Party to study and improve the governance environment as an urgent task of the Party and the important case in governance theory construction.Every Party has to be in power in some environment, involving the CPC. And this paper mainly analyzes the interior situation, the external influence and total power as well as its developing trend, in other words, it discusses them from four aspects, namely, the international environment, the domestic environment, the interior environment of the Party and the environment between the CPC and other Parties. Firstly, this paper states the fundamental theory on the governance environment and summarizes the searching course of the CPC and the epoch significance of improving the governance environment. Secondly, it discusses the main complication from four aspects, namely, the international environment, the domestic environment, the interior environment of the Party and the environment between the CPC and other Parties, which influences the governance environment of the Party, and then, analyzes the main complication on how to improve the governance environment and lays the foundation for the policy-making. At length, it offers the suggestions of improving the governance environment of the Party, as follow: promote the harmonious world construction and improve the international environment; promote the harmonious society construction and improve the domestic environment; enhance the harmonious relationship among parties and improve the governance environment between the CPC and other parties; enhance the interior harmony of the Party and improve the interior environment. In conclusion, it facilitates the improvement of governance capability, guarantees the governance security, consolidates the governance status and promotes the governance legality of the CPC to optimize and improves the governance environment.
