Study On Financing Environment Of Modern Corporation

The financing environment decides the financing activities. This thesis is to do some study and analysis on the financing environment of company based on environment importance to the financing activities and some useful conclusions which suit enterprise's financing application are presented.By force of combination of theoretical study and experiment,macro-analysis andmicro-analysis,in combine with economics,financial operation and policy science of law and so on. From the category of financing environment of modem company,On the basis of comparing theoretical and actuality of domestic and overseas corporation,the environment factors which decide and affect the financing behavior of company are analyzes and study in depth in this paper. Financing environment is a total of all external and internal conditions that effect and restrict financing activities the all course.The author divides the financing environment of company into macro-financing environment and micro-financing environment. Macro-financing environment consist of the several factors,such as the economy environment,the policy statue environment and monetary environment. Micro-financing environment indicate the special space which is consist of management system of company itself,mode of organization of operation,the scale of line operation and internal management level.Study of financing environment is the same as the study of effect and restrict to financing of company.
