The problem of the marine environment pollution also takes place in China, how to protect the marine environment effectively, has been one of the important issues we must be resolve in the future in our country.In order to protect the marine environment, China developed the legal system of the marine environment protection actively. Now China has established a relatively complete legal system of the marine environment protection, and provided China's marine environmental protection strong legal basis. However, the problem of the marine environment pollution in China is still very serious, there are always many problems in our marine environmental protection work. The development of our country's legal system of the marine environment protection is a good solution to the problem of the marine environment pollution in China. In order to improve the legal system of China's marine environmental protection, China must be actively involved in international cooperation of the marine environment protection, learn from the world's latest achievements in marine environmental protection, and must be involved into the development of the legal system of the international marine environmental protection.Start with the analyses of the legal system of the international marine environment protection, through the analyses and research of the legal system of the international marine environment protection and research on China's marine environment protection practice, the paper provides suggestions for the improvement of China's marine environmental protection legal system.This paper is divided into three parts.
