Through different aspects of analysis, the author brings up some suggestion on how to bring this crime under control.In this paper, the underground soccer gambling crime refers to the behavior which is an unauthorized distribution of money for the profit-making purpose without a state permit, using the football matches for the game object. Penalties for punishing mainly focus on underground betting on a number of criminal offences legislative proposals.
