In our country, the social vulnerable group in cities has become a high-profile group. Because of the large absolute number, the social vulnerable group in cities has tremendous impact to our society. Because of their disadvantaged status in economy and society, the basic rights of subsistence and speaking of the group can hardly be fully protected. For these reasons, the social vulnerable group in cities is likely to take some extreme acts to protect their own interests.The social vulnerable group in cities is citizens whose rights of subsistence and speaking can not be fully realized and lead to the survival difficulties. As basic rights can not be fully guaranteed, the group has in a difficult circumstance. With a huge number, the group has show a poor economy, low quality of life and poor-risk features. It is precisely these features lead them to the road of crime.The crime of the social vulnerable group in cities is the criminal act done by the persons who live in the cities. These persons are in the physical fitness, their economic resources or social power resources are at a negative status, which lower than normal social recognition of the society. Social reasons include economic factors, institutional factor, cultural and moral factors. In personal reasons, the main reasons conclude physiological factors and psychological factors.According to the reasons which lead to the crime of the social vulnerable group in cities, we can do some efforts from two aspects: the social part and personal part. On the one hand, we can reduce crime of the social vulnerable group in cities by improving the economic factors, institutional factors, cultural and moral factors. On the other hand, we can help the group to improve their physical condition and psychological imbalance to reduce the personal factors'affection, seeking the actual decreasing of the criminal rate of the groups.
