Because of its complexity, people from all walks of life have different ideal for the substance of euthanasia, legitimation of it, and other puzzles about it, then drastic discuss arise.Euthanasia is considered as illegal all the time. But as the movement of euthanasia is spreading all around the world, the trend of upholding the honor of human, fighting for the right of humane death is coming, and the movement of decriminalization for euthanasia has been pushed. The decriminalization for euthanasia in China is facing not only the same puzzle as other countries, but also its own problem of cultural tradition and social reality.The article mainly analyses from five aspects:Part one: Overview of euthanasia. Because of limitation of Knowledge, the author can only bring up some envisage: in view of the feature of current condition of social security, law status, social civilization and health care, the author believes we should first make the De facto decriminalization come true, and achieve legitimation for euthanasia when factors are complete. We can not legislate for euthanasia now, but we can prospect it.
