| Peasant Labor is a special group with the status of peasant and labor. It's a special social phenomenon of China's social change at present. According to statistics, there are over 140 million Peasant Labor in China at present (not include the rural labor in rural enterprises). Peasant Labor becomes the main force of secondary industry and tertiary industry. But their legal rights and interests are always infringed, which make them a disadvantaged group. In our construction of harmonious society, it is important to protect Peasant Labor's rights and interests. In such situation, it is a convenient choice for Peasant Labor to protect their rights and interests with legal aid. Though theoretician and practice have paid more attention for Peasant Labor's rights and interests, but there is few people study using legal aid in judicature almsgiving to help Peasant Labor when their rights and interests were infringed. For the above reason, the writer will research on the affinity of Peasant Labor's status and legal aid from the aspects of Peasant Labor's status character, situation of rights and interests, the status of Peasant Labor's legal aid. Then the writer will get a conclusion that it's an import part of our Legal Aid System to offer legal aid for Peasant Labor. The writer will also research on the shortage of China's Peasant Labor legal aid system and the methods to consummate our Legal Aid System. The writer holds an opinion that it is very important to research and solve Peasant Labor's problem on law at China's present situation.
