Criminal Punishment In Corporate Crime

Corporate crime became the hotspot which the jurisprudential circle focus on renewedly after the execution of the company law of the people's republic of china(herein after called the company) on January 1^st 2006 . The basic theory of corporate crime had somehow been influenced by the newly designed system in the new company law, such as the disregard of the corporate entity theory and one member company. It had been broadly discussed in aspects such as the justness of the corporate crime, the concept of the corporate crime, the extension of the corporate crime and the complement of the corporate crime. The author tries to give his own point and make some suggestions on how to consummate the legislation on corporate crime by analyzing the above questions.
