Research On The Business Strategic Management Of Hefei Social Security Project

Since 2002 national Social Security Project started, taking Anhui province as an example, only Hefei city's Social Security Project implemented and achieved and the others were still in theirs infancy. From the view of strategic management, this dissertation will research the strategic management methods during the business time of Hefei Social Security Project in order to provide a reference for other cities' Social Security Project construction and theirs business development.Firstly, this article describes the development of China's social security system and its model change from the single model to Large Social Insurance model. Secondly, it defines the content and scope of strategic management in Public Department, which leads to the research range of Social Security Project strategic management and the strategic positioning of general urban Social Security System construction. Then, it analyzes the varieties and complexities of Social Security Project construction. It also tells us the business of Social Security Project is a systematic project, and the best strategy only can be selected from thinking in many angles.Through investigation and document retrieval methods, the strategic thinking procedures and the strategy positioning of Hefei Social Security Project are discussed from Chapter 4. Based on this, the paper refines the business strategy and management structure of this Project. Finally, it takes the business innovation as core, describes the business idea of "taking people as the foremost, keeping personal files, managing personal files, adopting insurance and benefits policy", and also summarizes out the strategic management means and the effective protection measures in Hefei Social Security Project construction.
