Implementation Of Legal System Of Qing Dynasty In Turpan Area

The legal system of Uygurs areas is the most characteristic part in national legal system of Qing Dynasty. In this paper, the Qing Dynasty in the Turpan area of management and the implementation of the legal system for the entry point, the rise and fall of Emin's fanmily in the Turpan area for the main line,《Uygur Region Administration Policy in Qing Dynasty》,《the Qing Dynasty Law》and Islamic as the main research basis, and at that time, to the various documents, files, data analysis demonstration, have explained the conflict among constitutional law and Islamic, ethnic customary law in Turpan area and adjusted rightly.Based on the sub-studies of implementation of legal system of Qing Dynasty in Turpan area after the founding of Turpan in Xinjiang after the founding of the Xinjiang province,have announced the national political system is sound, under the state of normal running, national legal system could be pursued and implemented effectively. The legal system to the ethnic minority area in the borderland is managed, "the principle of administration under the customs "can only be temporizing measures of the time, it is unified that the integration of national legal system is the national politics, basic guarantee of the social development. To the implementation of the borderland immigration policy at the same time, not only can promote exchange and integration during various ethnics , help to strengthen national consciousness, promote to the country and national acceptance, establish the thought foundation for the unity of national legal system at the same time.Finally, expecting to provide a reference to the current governance of China's ethnic minority regions affairs, accelerate the improvement of ethnic region legislation by this study.
