The Research On Party Construction Of Harbin Community In The Process Of Constructing Harmonious Society

The community is society's base organization, is an entire window and miniature of society. Constructing the harmonious community is the important basic platform of constructing the harmonious society, it is also the important breakthrough point of constructing the harmonious society. As the incumbent Party, the Communist Party of China plays the key role in the community construction and the governance. Party's construction must take root to the community. This is the new task for the Party to strengthen its ruling ability, to raise its ruling level, and construct the harmonious society.
