Foreign investment takes an important role in developing both nation economy of China and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In recent years, the direct investment between the two countries has grown very fast.However, there are still many differences between the two countries basically in the legal system and other culture and religion related aspects regarding foreign investment by foreign. This paper is to make a comparative study on the legal systems of China and Saudi in direct foreign investment on such a basis.The article is divided into five chapters. Chapter One- General definition of foreign investment; Chapter Two - Comparison between two countries legislation of foreign investment act; Chapter Three - Introduction of attractive police taken to promote foreign investment; Chapter Four -Extension introduction of other related laws associated with foreign investment; and chapter five-conclusion.Chapter One- set forth different views for foreign investment, and defines some typical definition to lay down a foundation for further discussion hereinafter the article.Chapter Two- descript the legal system establishment of both countries covering stages and contents as well as legislation feature, and further to compare their differences. It details and analyzes the changing process of legislation.Chapter Three - introduction the stimulate police of two country taken to attract or effect foreign investment, or adjust to regulate the foreign investment to proper fields. And set forth other law which foreign investor usually concerned in addition to foreign direct investment as they directly impact operation of a foreign business in the country.Chapter Four--- conclude through above description and compassion by stating what shall be mostly concerned by the government and it likely tendency.
