A Study Of The Interest Expression Of Vulnerable Groups In Transition Period

Since the beginning of reform and opening up to the outside world, the society of China has entered into a period of social transition. Social transition means the re-adjustment and distribution of the economic, political and cultural resources to a certain extent, that is, the division and reorganization of the interests. The adjustment of Interest pattern, make the issue of vulnerable groups particularly prominent. Because of their own shortcomings and the reasons for the system, China's vulnerable groups lack of an effective means and channels to express their interest in the long-term, which also make them in a helpless situation with aphasia in the process of Game interests. Their interests are often neglected and violated, so they had to adopt more and more radical approach to make the interest expression. The conflicts of interests and the intensification of conflict seriously jeopardized social stability and development. In recent years the ruling party and the government proposed to build a harmonious society. Harmonious society is not a society that has no conflicts of interests, but a society which can solve contradictions and coordinate the interests of different community through rational and systematic means. So it is urgent and important to establish the effective mechanism for the vulnerable groups to express their interests.In this paper, I take the interest expression of Chinese vulnerable groups for the study, through the study and research of the interest expression of the vulnerable groups, and thus from the main of interest expression, the object of interest expression, the channels for interest expression to analysis the reasons why the current plight of vulnerable groups to express their interests happens, and in the final we study and refer to the experience of the Western country, to put forward some feasible measures for improves.
