Criminal reconciliation as a solution of criminal cases has been rising quietly in judicial practice, and they have begun substantive exploration on specific system consciously. The applying of criminal reconciliation in various places, generally received a positive effect, and gained general acceptance in the judiciary and jurisprudence. however, criminal reconciliation is not based on legislation and lack operational, rigid implementation rules, consequently criminal settlement also brought some negative consequences.
