| In recent years, various questions appearing in the judicial authentication practice, are restricting the development of the lawsuit system seriously, have aroused great concern from academia and practice circle February 28, 2005, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has passed "decision about the problem of management of judicial authentication of Standing Committee of the National People's Congress " (hereafter referred to as " determined "). But has not produced the anticipated result, the old problem of judicial expertise still exists, While produce the new problem, influencing credibility on judicial authentication seriously.I attempt to proceed from current situation of credibility on judicial authentication of our country, to determining existing problems and reasons in the activity and court's trial, to make every effort to look for out the effective countermeasure, which promotes the credibility on judicial authentication of our country.This text is divided into five parts. Part one has analyzed meaning and characteristic of the credibility on judicial authentication; Part two has proposed the evaluation criterion inherent and outside of the credibility on judicial authentication in two aspects; Part three has expounded the important of the credibility on judicial authentication in the lawsuit system reformed, the judicial authority ensures and constructing the harmonious society ;Part four has been basis of empirical research, described the current situation of the credibility on judicial authentication of our country, analyzed the main reason for influencing the credibility on judicial authentication;Part five has analyzed reasons of the credibility on judicial authentication, on the basis of absorbing the older viewing, I raised measures includes management, start, standard, cross-examination ensured, document's norm, the surveyor's continuing education and other 10 ideas to promote the credibility on judicial authentication of our country .
