A Comparison Among The Ideologies Of Rule By Law Of The Core Of Three Generations Of Chinese Leadership

Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, the representatives of three leadership cores of the Chinese Communist Party, probe into and expound the thought of rule of law. Their ideologies of rule of law are precious theatrical wealth in process of constructing a socialist country by law. To enhance comparative study among them has important guiding significance in administering country according to law, constructing a socialist country ruled by law.It is a historical course of development to build socialist state under the rule of law. From which we discover that it is a transitional process—from ruling of man to ruling of law, which is full of hardships. There are lots of consistency and discrepancy in the three ideologies of the rule of law. Deng Xiaoping, the representative of the second generation of Chinese leadership, establishes the principle, guideline, policy and theories of democracy and legal system construction. Jiang Zemin has developed and enriched Deng Xiaoping's legal thoughts. He brings forward the idea of rule of law and governing strategy that constructs socialist nation under rule of law.
