Along with China's marketization reform of economical system deepening, Chinese social structure and social norms all come up far-reaching changes. Social problems and social contradictories emerge in an endless stream and social trust problems and social trust crisis are gradually to be highlights. Non-profitable organizations as a new pattern of social organizations not only being different from profitable-oriented enterprises but also being different from managed- and–controlled oriented governments can effectively prevent and improve the problems of market failure and government failure. Therefore, research on social trust problems about non-profitable organizations has very important theoretical and practical significance in constructing socialist harmonious society.In order to research social trust relationship on non-profitable organizations, the thesis selects the Amity Foundation of Nanjing this case as a penetrative point to analyze social trust relationship of non-profitable organizations through anatomy of the Amity Foundation of Nanjing. The research methods chiefly adopt in-depth interviewing method and document-collected method. The thesis is composed four parts: the first part introduces the research reasons, research methods, research approaches and the definitions of concepts; the second part concentrates on the non-profitable organizations and their trust mechanism, including non-profitable organizations'development and their trust formation, the inner and outer trust mechanism of non-profitable organizations; the third part analyzes the manifestation of the problems on non-profitable organizations and explores the origin of non-profitable organizations with a lot of factors such as marketing economy, rule of law system, faith and value, religion and social identity; The last part specific to the problems of social trust about non-profitable organizations gives the basic principles and ways to construct social trust on non-profitable organizations .
