Discussion On The Path Of "Institution-based Trust" To Improve Universal Trust

To inforce the trust in governance?business?society and judicature are the concrete requirements reported in the 10th national congress by the Communist party of China.To realize the harmonious society rely on the fact that we stretch the trust between persons and organizations to social and national aspects to construct the prosperous social atmosphere.Represented by weber,many foreign scholars believe that the trust of the Chinese people is based on the "relationship" which is related to the blood and geopolitical trust,is a kind of narrow regional,while not exists on the basis of the system of common trust.As scholars such as Yang Zhongfang response,although the Chinese interpersonal trust exists pattern of difference,but with the development of market economy and socialist modernization,the process of Chinese trust mode shift from the traditional trust model to the new "system" trust model.The paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter starts with the idea that trust should be elicited through social reality,and trust should be kept in communication with others.In the face of national justice and national responsibility,it is clear that the construction of integrity plays an architectural role in the construction of a harmonious society.The second chapter is about literature review,firstly,by reviewing the literature of trust at home and abroad,the paper describes the concept of trust among the different disciplines and summarizes the classification,in this part,the paper not only connect the institution with trust,but also analyzes the difference between the "based on the system of trust" and system trust.Whatmore,the literature about the relationship between social justice and system?social trust arguments are summarized.At the end of this part is the theoretical roots and integrated framework,by reference to academic theories for the correctness of the theoretical model and the feasibility of the paper;The third chapter are about the operations and assumes that the paper aimed at,before the variable hypothesis,a doubt that if there is a position other than "rational" and "benevolence",influence the trust between people is put forward.This part is mainly to define independent variable and dependent variable and the intermediary variable for operation.Besides,the paper proposed the hypothesis between demographic variables and social trust.To verify the importance of institution factors in the trust model,the paper introduces four dimensions:the rule of law supervision,social management,system of legal norms,the implementation of the law.They are synthesized into the latent variable"institutional trust".Upon this to discuss the mechanism between them and social trust.In addition,the mediating variable "social justice" is added tentatively.The fourth chapter is about the research methods.The data in this paper are from the survey data of 2015 China general social survey(CGSS2015).The paper uses statistical software such as Amos.21 and Stata.14.0 to test the mechanism of direct effect and intermediary effect between variables.chapter five is about the data analysis,this part found that there is a third party or even more reasons affecting interpersonal trust,create conditions for the introduction of institutional factors.In addition the paper also examined the hypothesis.Found that the latent variable "based on the system of trust" is directly positively promote individual social universal trust level,and also indirectly affects the social trust by enhancing the social justice perception.Based on the theory model,the paper give several recommendations to ameliorate the social trust.In the last part the paper points out the malpractice and the future research direction.
