Native Law Resources In The Local Legislation Of Xinjiang

Our country is vast in territory, therefore the regional situations are different. Our country has many national minorities, and they scatter in large area, gather in small and live in the border area. This kind of national condition decide that only depending on the central Legislature to formulate the legal adjustment national politics, the economy, the cultural life is a very difficult matter. Therefore, the local legislation has the very vital role in local legal construction. Local legislation throughout the country as an important component of the legislation in addition to follow the constitutional, democratic, scientific, and other general legislative principles, we must also follow based on local realities, prominent local features, such as autonomy of local legislation play a unique principle. Created by mankind in the various spiritual and material achievements, the most concentrated legal culture, prominent reflect a nation and a society's basic values. Therefore, the local legislative process in the region must face up to the local legal culture. Since ancient times, Xinjiang is a multi-national cultural interchange, the collision and integration of local, long-term historical evolution in the process of mutual penetration of the national culture, mutual exchanges in the development and changes, thereby creating a legal Xinjiang one of the characteristics of cultural pluralism.
