However, bilk and lacking of credit in internet society seriously blocked development of electronic business, which accordingly affected healthy development of internet economy. According to investigations, almost all industries have been cheated in internet trade. In addition, bigger scale corporations, more cheating cases they ever encountered.Safeguarding electronic business security and preventing internet entanglement in internet economic life, become the urgent affairs during development of internet world and electronic business. Security is the most concerning issue during electronic dealing. An internet fair-trading protecting platform was called. Through analysis of the above measures, this paper discusses necessities and inevitabilities of internet notarization's protections to electronic business. This paper includes four chapters, chapter one illustrates significations, varieties, developments and functions of electronic business. By adopting lots of actual examples, chapter two illustrates obstacles caused by safety and credit problems in electronic business development. It also discusses adopted resolutions in real world. Chapter three is the central content of this paper. By adopting methods of theories go with facts, comparison, investigation, and citation, this chapter illuminates that technical measures can hold back hacker's attack, but have no ability on dishonest matters such as internet bilks and internet thefts. Payment by the third party system ensures the payment safety on some degrees. However, its existence disobeys our national rules and laws. In addition, it offers a given opportunity for money laundrying. Presently widely adopted CA certificate can effectively solves ID problems between the buyer and the seller, but shortages such as poor overall arrangement and disability on solving essential problems still exist. Resorting to the missions endowed with laws and the public faiths, notarization bears the duty of protecting electronic business. Chapter four indicates existing problems in internet notarizations, brings forward suggestions such as establishing a special internet between notarization internet and internet for government affairs,connecting with CA certificate and payment by the third party, to fulfill the protection to electronic business. In addition, it prospects the foreground of internet notarization in protecting electronic business.This paper does not negate the electronic business for lacking of perfect methods to clear up obstacles. Instead, it puts forward combination with internet notarization, to make it more normative and more legal. Combination of internet and payment by the third party platform is a new thought put forward by the author. In addition, establishing a special internet which notarization internet and electronic government internet can work in harmony is an innovative thought of this paper.
