The Exploratory Study Of Legal Protection For Chinese Bank Consumers

Because the extremely unequal positions between bank consumers and banks,Major countries and regions in the world protect the interests of bank consumers through legal,regulatory,self-discipline means and so on. By contrast,the protection of bank consumers in china is very poor.Thus there are a lot of disputes between bank consumers and banks,and the bank consumers' interests suffer tremendous harm.We must strengthen the work on bank consumers' rights and interest's protection in china.This paper used empirical analysis,comparative analysis and summary analysis of the research method.From the point of view of loss and the comparative analysis of the bank consumers protection system in US and UK,Author pointed out that we should focus on the legal means to protect the rights and interests of Chinese bank consumers.In this thesis, author makes recommendations on the basis of improvement of the banking interests of consumers of legal protection system.In this paper,including the preamble,the body and conclusion,the text was divided into four parts:The first part was the summary of bank consumer.This part contained the conception of bank consumer,the definition of bank consumer,the rights of bank consumer and the status of bank consumer.The second part was the introduction of the experience of bank consumer's protection in US and UK.This part introduced and analyzed the experience of bank consumer's protection in US and UK from the regulation and supervision levels,which was for the fourth part of China's banking system of legal protection of rights and interests of consumers Construction reference purposes.The third part was divided into Chinese bank consumer's protection status quo and the main issues.Author analyzed the reality of Chinese bank consumers' damage and the problem of protecting the interests of consumers in the banks.On this basis,the author pointed out we need protect Chinese bank consumers because the damage they bear.The fourth part was the build of legal system of consumer protection. On the basis of the experience of consumer protection in US and UK,and according to the fact of China,the author pointed out we should focus on legal means to protect bank consumers in China.On this basis,author also built up the legal system of consumer protection of bank in China.
