Non-agriculturalization is the notable feature in today's China, who is experiencing social transformation. During this process, with the depth of marketilization and the improvenment of related systems, rural labor have obtained much wider employment room, and their employment structures have changed largely. However, there's significant difference between male and female, on this point, reasonable explanations have been given by previous studies. Although these studies have analysed the gender difference among rural labors from different angles, what they have concerned are: whether rural labor do non-agricultural job, migrate or not. In fact, the change of rural labor's employment structure was not only performed as continual increase of non-agricultural employers, but also performed as the upward trend of part-time. There's also rather large difference between unmarried and married women in rural areas. Due to household labor division, gender selection in labor market and emotion cost working outside, etc., rural married women have to not only maximize their family utility, but also face more constraints. Therefore, it is not only further added but also practical significance to study the factors influencing the employment selection of rural married women. As a relatively developed region in economy, Jiangsu has also conducted earlier farmland instituion reform and have begun to implement new household registration system in recent years, both of which help to break the institutional obstacles between urban and rural develpoment, and are beneficial to the population and resource mobile between urban and rural areas. Under this circumstance, Jiangsu have supplied liberal employment policy and environment to rural married women, whose employment selection are more constrainted by their personal, family and regional features. In addition, South Jiangsu,Middle Jiangsu and North Jiangsu, three regions of Jiangsu on different economic levels, represent developed, developing and underdeveloped areas, so the study of Jiangsu will be universal significance for us. This paper analyzes the factors influencing married women's employment selection in rural areas of Jiangsu Province. Based on Theory of Maximizing Family Utility, we develop a multinomial logistic model to conduct a metric analysis. The results show that rural married women's employment selection is significantly influenced by their husbands' employment selection, patterns of training they have accepted, education and awareness of women's rights. In addition, women's age and numbers of industrial enterprises in local areas are also important factors, which have different impacts on women's employment selection in different areas. However, the impact of families and care of children are not so important. According to these conclusions, some relevant policies are proposed.
