Researches On The Medical Trouble Dispute Legal Government

Medical dispute causes significant influences on patient's health care and society stability and unity. The dispute ruins compatible relationship between physician and patient, also it affects health care quality improvement. That, how to apply reliable legal management on medical dispute and construct harmonious physician-patient relations has become a very urgent task. This article researches on observation and analysis of current medical dispute issues, discovers legal management insufficiency, proposes varieties of policy model to resolve medical dispute, and provide my own viewpoints on methods of legal management and medical dispute resolution.
