| The high frequency of Zero anaphora is one of the main characteristics of Chinese yet its appearance varies in different literary styles. Taking "Constitution", "Criminal Law", "General Principles of Civil Law," "Code of Criminal Procedure," "civil law", "Administrative Procedure Law" and the "Labor Contract Law, " 7 corpus law as the language material, this paper analyzes all these legal provisions and summarizes the characteristics of Zero anaphora in legal documents: First, Zero Anaphora occupies the absolute advantage. Second, antecedents mainly appear on the subject except the ellipsis is unnecessary. Third, the legal language does not have so much proun Anaphora. By comparing the use of zero anaphora in legal documents and that in art style which is represented by " Camel Xiangzi ", the present author summarizes the similarities and differences of Zero anaphora indifferent styles: first, Zero Anaphora in Legal style can have more anaphora. Second, zero anaphora forms in legal and art styles have their respective characteristics. Third, in legal style zero anaphora form is simpler than that in art style. Zero anaphora form in art style is much more complicated and has much more long-distance anaphora than that in legal style. Fourth, in art style, zero anaphora often appears together with pronoun anaphora.
