This phenomenon has attracted many scholars attention."To what degree does the Internet change the traditional political participation in China?" This is the issue that this essay tries to analysis .There is no consensus on the concept of political participation .This article compares traditional political participation with Cyber-politic participation at length by using the index of "depth, extent and validity", which is based on the relative discussion from Chinese and overseas scholars . The rapid development of national economy , favorable macro economic policies as well as rapidly changing network technology jointly create and safeguard a good development environment.
