At same time , the discussions on the perspective of participating politics through Internet are in great quantity. In recent years, the number of people participating politics through Internet is increasingly. The network exerts great influence upon previous political participation in many aspects, such as principal and channels. This phenomenon has attracted many scholars attention."To what degree does the Internet change the traditional political participation in China?"
