Theory Of Network Political Participation In China's Development Present Situation And The Countermeasures

The political participation is the internal requirement and an important symbol of democracy.As a new form of political participation,Internet Political Participation has significantly changed the political life of Chinese people.Since1990’s,accompanied by internet’s rapidly development,China’s internet of political participation is also ever-changing developments.A comprehensive analysis of Chinese citizens internet political participation conduce to guide rational political participation in network activities,promote the political participation of Chinese citizens and orderly development of citizen’s political participation,helpful to build a socialist democratic politics and construct political civilization.This article first summarizes the development of Western Internet Political Participation,and contrast with the main body, form and target of traditional political participation,.we present the concept of Internet Political Participation.Then the article expounds a lot of traits of Internet Political Participation,such as interactivity,openness,efficiency,directness,confidentiality,diversity and so on.The article also introduces the main forms of Internet Political Participation of our country.And then evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of Internet Political Participation objectively.Through the related statistical data,summarize the citizen and problems of the development of Internet Political Participation in our country.Finally,with the purpose of solving the problems,the article makes several suggestions to regulate Internet Political Participation of Chinese citizens.
