I analyze comprehensively the reason of rural Family Planning administrative law enforcement, including law enforcement system, circumstances, officials, object and condition and so on.Chapter three: Thinking the way to solve the problems of rural Family Planning administrative law enforcement. I put forward some related countermeasures in order to solve these problems from four aspects.
