| The United Nations Anti-Corruption Convention has established five major anti-corruption legal mechanisms and explained the measures of preventing corruption by a special chapter that was descripted side by side the measures of controlling and hitting corruption creatively, which indicatting that the prevention has become a very important part of the struggle against corruption which was proved by the development of international Anti-Corruption. The mechanism of preventing Corruption what China is researching on has been established preliminary in China with China joining the Anti-Corruption Convention union.This paper will make further exploration on China's mechanism of preventing corruption which suits the country's current society situation perfectly, which based on consulting a large of related research material such as Anti-Corruption Convention and carrying out some investigations in some related department. Certainly, the paper will also unify some good experience of preventing corruption and legal rules of advanced countries.
