The Improvement About The Criminal Legal System Of China's Anti-corruption From The Perspective Of The "United Nations Convention Against Corruption"

Along with the economical globalization development,crime of corruption has become the global question gradually."United Nations Convention against Corruption" arised at the historic moment under such background.As a state party to the convention, china's legislation must response to the convention,especially the criminal legislation.The text of this article is divided into four parts.Beginning with the specific provisions of the Convention of United Nations,the article combins with the relevant provisions of our current system about the criminal law,through the comparative study of three areas about "mechanism for the Prevention of Crime","criminal punishment of the rule of law" and "international cooperation in the field against corruption",and probes into the convergence about our criminal law system and the Convention.On the base of these,the article puts forward some recommendations of the legal system related to our country.
