On The Role And Function In The Judicial Judgment Of Female Judge

Feminism was started to be studied from 1990s at home. In the new century,"Feminism and Law"and"Gender Studies of Legal Profession"were studied by many researchers in deep level. Based on the theory and empirical analysis on feminism, the author tries to explore the role and function of female judges in the judicial judgment. It is discussed that the irreplaceable sexual advantages of female judges through perspective of feminist. Considering importance and return of nature and gender reflect and adjustment on social gender, the author reflects and reforms the judiciary structure from traditional culture of patriarchy. The judicial practice of the group of female judges provides an important platform for thinking for beginning of feminism theory. By the criticism on gender unfair and traditional gender idea, female judges who settle the hammer and make judgment in the trial stage will realize themselves and their value more objectively and comprehensively. It will push the study of feminism theory up to a new level.
