To the principles of"protection,education,prevention and correction"in the Juvenile Law of our nation we should hold on the approach of"the education primarily, auxiliary punishment"and"education,probation,saving"to learn while trial and combining punishment with education.The notable feature in trial is the court stage of education for it reflects the value pursuit of protection and probation to juvenile on the basis of criminal trial and punishment of crime.Compare to the concept that"never treat a juvenile offender as an offender but a juvenile"abroad ,we also let the juvenile offenders realize the care and respect of the judiciary and society while they feel the prohibited and deterrent effect of the law so they can correct issues and return to society.According to the principles,pre-trial preparation ,the judge's request, the arrangements for the trial field and other questions related,this article try to analyze how to get a good effect in the juvenile trial.
