A Study Of The Phenomenon Of Torture In Justice

Torture goes against humanity seriously. It is very brutal. It existed in our ancient times,but it has not been put an end. The implementer of the torture imposes the cruel torture with judicial nominal and some purpose. This kind of brutal,original behaviors goes against the justice. At present,this action has been universally condemned by the international society. Many countries have made laws and regulations to go against it. In effect,the phenomenon of torture has not been forbidden completely. The author analyze the phenomenon in practice all over the world in history and put an analysis and study on psychology of party,implementer and others the author also discusses foundation of the value judgment and the condition of the cases of the torture in our country. According to the cases of the practice of going against the torture in other countries,the author,with the eagerness to push forward China's rule of laws,puts forward some assumptions.
