Some Study On Torture

Torture existed in our ancient, but it has not been put an end.Nowadays,in west, the phenomenon of torture has been forbidden completely.but in our country,we can see torture here and there,why? torture has historical inevitablity and is the result of many factors,such as:socioty,economy, culture. The author analyze concept of torture,the harm of torture, the author also discusses the couse of torture from culture,lawmaking and practice; the author also discusses efficiency and validity of asking manner; lastly, According to the cause of the torture from three ways,the author, in order to push forward our country's rule of laws,puts forward some assumptions.
