The Philosophic Study Of Construction Of The Key Value System Of Socialism

The key value system of socialism is a Scientific proposition put forward on the sixth Session of the sixteenth Central Committee of the Party. As a value identification system established in the Socialist economic foundation, it involves various aspects of the social life as economy, politic, culture and idea. Centralized reflecting the essential property of the Socialist ideology, the key value system of socialism, the guiding principle to the socialist ideological and moral construction, is the moral force of leading people working hard for the prosperity and spiritual tie of harmony and unity. Modern China is in the key period of sharp social transformation. The transformation, not only the one of economy, certainly will initiate the changes of the various aspects of society. While on the value level, it will present Series of situations and problems as value pluralism, value conflict and the position of the leading value not even been confirmed. The individual in a society do the choices of Value everyday, these choices are related to the subject's quality of life and the formation of values, even related to the stability and development of the whole society. Therefore, standing in this special historical period, this paper starts with some of the fundamental concepts such as value concept, value system, socialism core value system and the like, and thus analyzes the importance of construction of socialism core value system and the function of the concerning values. On this basis, the author further anatomizes its realistic basis and current situation and expounds the principals and methods concerning the construction of the value system as well.
