| Seeing that the drugs crime of international present, in order to attack the drug crimes community and drug is rampant at related money laundering crimes, many international and domestic relevant anti-drug legislations are issued in succession, but the condition still remains toper fect further, I have chosen this subject and written the academic dissertation. Starting from concepts of the drug crimes money laundering and their compositions. Comprehend sive systematic arrangement ,the article and drug related has carried on more summary, analysis and comparison to the anti-drug legislations of the international community and some main countries. Making more concrete research and discussion to Chinese drug crimes and anti-drug legislations.Using foreign relevant experience of legislations for reference, according to China current situations, I make a bold proposal that China should make a comprehensive anti-drug law, which includes crimes of abusing drug and drug related money laundering at the same time. anticipating it is beneficial to Chinese anti-drug legislations. |
