Countermeasures Study Of Prevention And Control About Drug Abuse In Rural Area

The drug-related problem is a major problem affecting the stable development of rural society,which seriously threatens the security situation of rural society and is the main cause of other crimes.The Research of drug-related problems in our country has experienced different stages.In the new period,the new feature of the transforming drug-related problems is the constant erosion to the rural area in our country.The research of drug-related problems in rural society helps to provide reference for rural drug-related problems prevention and control strategies.Based on the literature research,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,and the writer participates in the field research in the drug control work of W county of G province as an anti-drug worker.the W county rural drug-related reasons are: the rural social contradictions in the development,the emergence of new drugs,the profiteering of drug trade,the insufficiency of rural resist ability,the lag of anti-drug work and personality of drug addicts.there are still some problems in anti-drug work in rural society: not paying attention to the anti-drug work and neglecting the responsibility of society in drug-related problems,lack of facilities and economic support,lack of professional workers in anti-drug area,lack of innovation and influence the propaganda on anti-drug,not paying enough attention to the management and control of drug addicts,the faultiness of the treatment system in commities,etc.The establishment of the prevention and control system of rural drug-related problem is an important way to resist drug erosion in rural areas.First of all,we should start from the system to make the responsibility and content of drug control work explicitly and strengthen the importance of anti-drug work.The second is to pay attention to the cultivation and introduction of talents.Human resource is the shackles of rural drug control work.We need to cultivate the staff and recruit more talent to make sure that every staff have professional knowledge and skills.Thirdly,The socialization of anti-drug work is an important part of anti-drug work and an important way to arise drug control to the people's war.We should make extensive use of social security resources and encourage more people to participate in the work of drug control.Finally,we should form a rural anti-drug culture which is able to ensure that the rural society can resist the erosion of drugs.It is necessary to form an anti-drug culture through the drug control system and integrate the anti-drug culture into the cultural construction of the countryside.Let the drug culture become part of the rural culture to become the rural immune system and use culture to resist the erosion of drug.
