The real estate industry has been developed rapidly, and gradually grown into a pillar cornerstone in the national economy, now it is playing a more and more important role in the national economy, and rationalizing the economical structure. After china's entry into the WTO, the real estate development has met a rare chance, meanwhile, it also faces a challenge and test never existed before. The real estate enterprise, as the kernel of the modern real estate field, should meet international needs, and stand an invincible position by honest operation. Nevertheless the real estate industry got off to a late start in china, owing to the shortage of the government supervision, especially the imperfection of the legal system, some circumstances, such as"repeated sale""repeated mortgage""unconformity of space""illusive advertising"etc, disputes the market and impair the legitimate right and the interest of householders. Many of them appeal to the court or send letters and call to lodge complaints. Swindles in the real estate business do harm not only to the house purchasers also to the industry as a whole. Economically, the industry-Standardizing, which brings a healthy development and protects the householders, plays a decisive role in the market,This article is discussing the swindles in the real estate field on five parts:Sectionâ… : Discuss the general analysis on the swindles of the real estate enterprises.
