The Legal Mechanism To Realization Of Corporate Social Responsibility

As developing of the world economy, the importance of the company for modern commodity economy is very special. People hope that the big companies bear social responsibility to a serially problem, which has been brought into society by them. In the same time, companies search the way to improve images under the social pressure from consumer and human rights movement on their own initiative. In 2005, the principle of corporate social responsibility has been established by the revised Company Law. But people still argue that how and how much the social responsibility to be bore by companies when the meaning of social responsibility is unclear. In this article author research the way to realize the corporate social responsibility through elaborating definition, legislation and practice by the means of comparison method, demonstration, combination of economics and management.The thesis is divided into five pieces, in which the first charter describes the historical origins of social responsibility, the second charter analyze the legitimacy of corporate social responsibility, the third charter narrates the theories and practice of social responsibility oversea, the forth charter points out the shortage in legislation, the fifth charter put forward a new mode of legislation in corporate social responsibility.
