Thought is the soul of the regime,and the legal thought is the guiding principles and the direction of construction,operation and function of the legal regime.Western legal thoughts originated in ancient Greece.As the first legal science monograph in the Western history,The Laws had reflected systematically that Plato's legal thoughts took the justice of law and rule of law as the core,and these thoughts had had significant and profound influence to the later generation.Based on the classical literature,and combined with the research results of modern scholars,and used of history,law, political science,religion,philosophy,ethics and other theories and methods,this article makes a preliminary exploration to the legal thoughts in the laws,analyzes two aspects of contents of the legal thoughts:the legal preamble(i.e.thoughts of jurisprudence) and the concrete legal regime,and discusses the origin and the influence of these legal thoughts.This article is made up of three parts of introduction,text and references.The text is divided into four chapters.Introduction:Mainly analyzes the reason why the author selects this topic to research,and simultaneously introduces the present situation of this research at home and abroad,the purpose of writing this article and the historical data that this article is based on.Chapterâ… :Discusses the origin of Plato's legal thoughts in the laws.In the laws, Plato took "justice" as a starting point,and elaborated systematically his thought of "rule of law" and other ideas about a series of legal regime.The causes of these legal thoughts include three aspects:Plato's personal experience and the failure of political practice;reflect to Greek social reality at the time;the inheritance and criticism of ideas of predecessors',especially criticism of the Wise and the reconstruction of the legitimacy basis for the value of the law.Chapterâ…¡:Analyzes the main contents of the legal thoughts in the laws,which include two aspects:First,the legal preamble is equivalent to today's jurisprudence, including legal origin and generation,the nature and status of the law,the function of the law,legislation,the rule of law,and the mixed regime;Second,the concrete legal regime,mainly in the Constitution,criminal law,civil law,procedural law,education law,economic law and other laws.Chapterâ…¢:From two aspects of the theoretical value and historical significance, analyzes the impact of the legal thoughts in the laws.Chapterâ…£:Conclusion.
