In this article, it firstly analyzes the definitions and legal systems aboutChina and England trade secrets protection legal systems. Then, starting fromthe overview of the definitions and legal systems, through comparing thelegislative definitions about China and England trade secrets, scopes and thedifferences and similarities of major factors, clarified the characteristics ofChina and England trade secrets protection legal systems. Furthermore, thisarticle describes the identifications of the infringements of trade secretsprotection in China and England separately. By comparing the two countries inthese matters, identifies the problems existing in the legal system in China andanalyzes the problems accordingly.
