The Study On The Performance Examination System Of Chinese Procuratorial Organs

The performance examination system of Chinese procuratorial organs should not absolutely according to the system of the government. We should design a scientific,reasonable and legal performance examination system according to the procuratorial organs' characteristics and feature. But because of the political structure,management model,traditional culture,make-up of people and maintenance support etc, the system of Chinese procuratorial organs has been according to the government's system, so there are many unreasonable questions. For example, old examination ideas, inaccurate examination object, unreasonable examination subject, irregular examination index and standard, easy and closed examination procedure and so on.This paper is based on the advanced theoretical foundation of the performance examination system, is according to the characteristics and feature of Chinese procuratorial organs. This paper analysed the examination current situation and questions of Chinese procuratorial organs. It borrows and learns the performance examination system of Germany procuratorial organs. This paper scientifically designs the examination index and standard by the method of quantifiable and qualitative evaluation. And we hope to design a more advanced, reasonable and legal performance examination system, and it can meet the work law of Chinese procuratorial organs.
