The subjects of education in a military university take on a historical responsibility in training the High-quality military personnel.Among them, the accurate position and moral qualities of the subjects of the military education play a key role in running a university and educating students.At the present time, there are many problems in the subjects of education, such as vaguely positioning and unclear responsibilities. The main reasons are as follows. In many universities , it is considered that only the teachers or cadres of the students'teams are the subjects of education. And if there are any problems, it must be the mistakes of the political theory teachers or the cadres of the students'teams. So, it must be clear about the position of the subjects of education in military universities and the new requirements of moral construction.According to the modern education theories, education is an action of a state. Therefore, the state and the headquarters of Military Commission are the highest subjects of education in a military university. They have the highest responsibility on their shoulders. Military universities are the base of education. And according to the theory of full education, everyone in a military university has double properties of the subject and object of education. In allusion to the subjects, the subjects of education in military universities include: Firstly, the leaders of a university. They are dominant in managing the university, and their moral qualities have a direct effect on the direction of managing a university and what personal they educate, especially the main leaders of a university. Secondly, the leaders of functional departments. They must design the concrete work of every department and make decisions. Their behavior also has a direct effect on the underling, like an example. Their moral qualities affect the vogue and work efficiency of their teams. Thirdly, the personnel of a department. They must be clear about their dominant position in the education, respect and enjoy their work, people-oriented, serve heartily, treat people equally without discrimination and be a good example for students. Fourthly, cadres of students teams. In daily lives, they are the most frequent people who contact students. Their words and behaviors exert a subtle influence on the students. It directly relates to the effect of cultivating students'personality whether the problems are disposed in time, the cadremen are choosed fairly and they care about the students'life. Fifthly, teachers of specialty courses. Students always respect and trust them highly. The teachers'behavior is the students'criterion to a great extent. The teachers should keep improving themselves, edify the students with high personality, affect the students with excellent character and bring up the students with abundant knowledge. And they should be good examples for the students in education. Sixthly, the teachers of humanities and social sciences courses. They are responsible in imparting the humanities and social sciences knowledge to the students, strengthening the students'lofty social ideal and cultivating the students'humanistic spirits. Seventhly, service workers. Their main work is laborious but very important. Their work spirits and behavior always affect the students directly. Eighthly, the cadremen of the students. They are the elites of the students in some sense. Their moral qualities and work styles have direct influence on the students. Ninthly, among the students. It is traditionally considered that the students are the objects of education, but the students are at both sides of education. Tenthly, students themselves. The students'self-awareness, self-reflection, self-insight, self-internalization, Self-externalization and other self-education are the logical terminals of education.The new requirements of the moral qualities construction at the new stage of the new century include sense of people-oriented education, sense of innovation, sense of harmony, sense of boutique and sense of crisis. When improving the subjects'moral qualities in military universities at the new stage of the new century, it should be followed several basic principles : the principle of subjects, the principle of soul of army, the principle of being advanced, the principle of being open, the principle of practice and the principle of evaluation. According to the influence of the subjects of education, the orders and responsibilities of them should be determined. The rules should be established for the moral qualities construction. The perfect training mechanisms should be established for completely protecting the effect of the construction of the subjects'moral qualities. The flexible incentive mechanism should be established with the requirements and characteristic of the subjects of education to strengthen the cultivation of the sense of responsibility and mission. The long-term evaluation mechanism should also be established to effectively carry out the construction of the subjects'moral qualities. At the new stage of the new century in the new historical conditions, the significance of the study of the subjects'moral qualities construction in military universities is as follows: Firstly, the connotation of the subjects of education is revealed to ensure the presence of the subjects of education and avoid absence. The hierarchy of the subjects of education should be nailed down to avoid unilateralism and mistiness of the subjects. Secondly, it is helpful to avoid the negative impact of multi-cultures and make ideological and political education's functions of securing the direction and cultivating students come true. Thirdly, it is helpful to cultivate and carry out the core values of the contemporary army. It's also helpful for cultivating new and high-quality military personnel. Fourthly, it can strengthen the construction of socialist core value system and insure the military spiritual civilization at the forefront of society.
