With the broad usage of the computer and the gradual progress of the internet technology, in the net-marketing, collecting, using and selling the personal privacy data is common. Impinging on one's internet privacy has become one of the harassments in the information society. More and more researches are focusing on the protection of privacy. While most of them tackle it as a whole, few analyses the difference in concerns with respect to privacy terms of internet consumer, which can guide the net-working services vendors to develop better privacy-enhanced technologies and increase internet consumer satisfaction. Obviously, research on the internet consumer's concerns of these privacy terms and the indicators that affect their concerns has important theoretical and practical significance.For limited number of research literatures focusing on the difference among the extend of items with respect to internet personal privacy and their factors, this paper carries out on this issue a preliminary study. We carried out two different surveys. We adopted classification method to the data obtained by the first survey. We conclude that there are great differences among extend of items with respect to internet personal privacy and extend is different with the internet consumers'age, gender and educational background. And we adopted frequency analysis and correlations analysis, with the help of SPSS, to the data obtained by the second survey. We analyze the correlations among the different self-construal internet consumers and their concern for items with respect to internet personal privacy. We draw the conclusions that there are significant correlations.Finally, this paper attempts to present the research results and practically guide the net-working services vendors to develop better privacy-enhanced technologies.
