The effectiveness system of labor contract is the core in the labor contract law.The interests of labor contract are closely linked with society. The labor contract have the particularity of double function and form of formatted. The instersts and burden of labor contract are coexist. The main body of the labor contract is subordinate another. Performance of the labor contract have the particularity of dynamic.The globalization and information age should be considered when we research in the effectiveness system of labor contract. We should consider the situation of our country and the living right of labor. Do favor to labor should be maintain as a principle in the effectiveness system of labor contract. Try our best to maintain the validity of the labor contract is another principle. We should insist a dynamic view when scanning the validity of the labor contract which is the third principle.The particularity of labor contract which restrict the invalidity. The labor contract was held to be valid which should contain subject qualification, rue meaning and legal content. The form is not requirement of the labor contract.Some defect exist in the effectiveness system of labor contract. The validity system of modifiableness labor contract, the validity system of revocable labor contract and the validity system of undetermined labor contract which should be established in the amending China's labor contract law. It is also the provision be designed for amending China's labor contract law.
