Research On The Value Of Marx's Concept Of Justice For Building A Harmonious Socialist Society

Justice is the moral ideal and value pursuit. Although the writings of Marx hand not specifically study the issue o f justice, his many writings expressed the idea of justice. Marx criticized injustice of capitalism all his lifetime, pursued the total liberation of all mankind and the true meaning of justice of human society. It can be said that Marx's justice idea are integral part of Marxism. By reading the related philosophy materials, the article induces the Marx's ideal about justice. This paper analyzes the theory origin of the Marx's justice ideal, summarizes the criticism of the bourgeois concept of justice, and interprets the basic content of Marx's justice ideal from the substance of justice and the fundamental requirements. This paper also summarizes the historical materialism perspective of the Marxist concept of justice.Marx based justice thought on the historical materialism. Justice is the product of material production conditions of age-specific society. Finally analyze, the content of Justice is the reflection of practical interest. True justice only can be achieved in the communist. Marx point out that the communist concept of justice is the elimination of private ownership and class exploitation, and implement the system of building on strengths and distribution according to need, and achieve the true freedom and equality. A harmonious socialist society is characterized by fairness and justice. Justice is the primary value of a harmonious society and also the important guarantee for a harmonious society. Marx's concept of justice and harmonious society justice demands are dialectical unity. From this perspective, focusing on the Marxist concept of justice is so important.With the development of the socialist market economy of our country, justice has been an important problem that people must face and think about. Today we must attach great importance to the issue of fairness and justice in the process of building the socialist harmonious society. This article analyzes the underlying causes of the lack of justice in the modern society, and explores the guiding role of the methodology and theoretical value of Marx's concept of justice in the contemporary process of building a harmonious society. At last the article also offers some concrete measures to solve the realistic problems.
