On Marx’s Concept Of Justice And Its Contemporary Value

Justice, as the highest human value ideal and pursuit of reality, is the unique reflection of its own existence and value, also represent the people’s dissatisfaction and anxiety with the state of their own survival and the reality of social relations. Marx himself did not discuss justice issues at the specialized writings, but expressed views on justice in many of his works. Therefore, by part of the writings of Marx, and related materials, this thesis would like to interpret its collate and analyze from Marx’s discourse on the ideas of justice.In the process of justice pursuit, formed the various different forms of justice theory. The justice of Marxism formation is the results of critically inherits of the tradition western political thought. Under this premise, Marx’s own view on justice issues is not static, the formation of the concept of justice has gone through three historical periods:(1) from the doctoral thesis to the "Rheinische Zeitung" period;(2) from the "Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy" to the"1844Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts"period;(3) historical materialism period. Three different times on behalf of a historic generation process of Marx’s concept of justice from the exploration, development to mature. Marx finally established its own concept of justice based on the critique and deconstruction of historical materialism for previous concept of justice:justice is a historical category, develop with the social development, in class society, with a distinct class character; as a value target, realize the freedom and equality of all mankind is the fundamental requirement of justice;as a kind of system design, realization of the communist society with private ownership completely eliminated is the highest purpose justice.And Marx’s concept of justice and the kind of abstract concept of justice are fundamentally different, it has a reality, class and historical characteristics,which blend of the historical spirit of justice and the lofty ideals and materialistic,which makes Marx’s concept of justice has a comprehensive system of scientific explanation and long-lasting vitality. Rethink Marx’s theory of justice,to achieve a correct understanding of Marx’s concept of justice, based on this point to realize truly contemporary of Marx’s concept of justice, to build a harmonious socialist society still has a major significance guiding for us todav.
