A Research On Strengthening The Building Of Inner-Party Democracy In The New Stage Of The New Century

Inner-democracy is one of the significant attributes of our Proletarian Political Parties.Proletarian Political Parties have written "democracy" on their banner since the day they are founded.The Chinese Communist Party has never stopped struggling for democracy and has made great progress.Due to the change of the international and domestic environment in the new stage of the century,our party has to develop Inner-Party democracy in order to lead the whole nation to construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics and promote socialism cause.As the Report at 16^th Party Congress indicates:"Inner-Party democracy is the life of the Party."And the Report at 17^th Party Congress also points out:"Inner-Party democracy is an important guarantee to strengthen the Party's innovation and to consolidate the unity of the Party." These profound discussions revealed the importance of Inner-Party democracy to the cause of our party.Focusing on this,an exploratory research on strengthening the building of Inner-Party democracy in the stage of the new century will be carried out in this thesis.The first part expounds the importance and urgency of strengthening the building of Inner-Party democracy in the new stage of the new century.The new measures for the building of Inner-Party democracy are requirement to adapt to change of the international and domestic environment in the stage of the new century.These measures are put forward based on the analysis on the new situation and the new problems and the new terrain in the international environment and abroad lessons that many countries lost their power.They are of great importance of expounding for strengthening the building of Inner-Party democracy.They are useful to the Party's self-development and the development of the socialism cause with Chinese characteristics.The second part interprets the problems that exist in the process of strengthening the building of Inner-Party democracy in the new stage of the new century,and then explains the reasons for these problems.It analyses the underlying reasons from the following:the Inner-Party democracy rules is not implemented comprehensively;the Inner-Party democracy activity is difficult to carry out;styles of the Inner-Party democracy has not been promoting;the building of democratic system is lagging behind other issues.The third part expounds the main approach of strengthening the building of Inner-Party democracy in the new stage of the new century.Inner-Party democracy is a major project;we must probe the main ways of the building of Inner-Party democracy to push forward its continuous development.This section will unfold its discussion from the three aspects:promoting the activity of the Inner-Party democracy, strengthening the style of Inner-Party democracy and improving Inner-Party democracy system.
