There have been many articles treated of the circumstances of ratifying the ILO's core conventions and the relationship of China and the ILO.The scholars or expatiate the implementing status quo and existing questions of the authorized conventions,or anatomy how China react when the international labor standards become the new focus of the WTO,or concentrate on the domestic legislation's protection to the special colonies according to the core conventions.Based on China's social situation and legislative circumstances,this article intends to set forth the necessity and the feasibility of authorizing the rest core conventions, dissertate under the existing system how to sanction all the core conventions as soon as possible to resist the pressure that some states throw on us in the international trade,and also how to clear the obstacles through legislation to actualize the target of harmonious society.The thesis involves three parts.The part one introduces the ILO's tenet,target and movement range as well as the relationship of China and the ILO,the international labor standards and the general situation of China's approval about the core conventions,and also it refers to the classifying of the ILO's conventions;the part two focuses on the status quo of ILO's core conventions in China and the existing questions,which including the substantial content of the 8 core conventions,the problems that come forth during the course of the convention implement and why the rest of the core conventions are not accepted;the last part concludes the countermeasure of how to impulse China to authorize the conventions and put the authorized conventions into practice better.
